About Us

Hello friend.

We’re glad you stopped in to take a look at our website. We want to introduce ourselves as a warm and loving congregation located in the historic downtown of Augusta, Ga.

New members tell us they joined because of our friendly nature and outgoing personality.  We think that fellowship is an important part of being in community with Christ and with each other.

If you like mission work, then we have places for you to serve.  We find missions to be a blessing to others and to ourselves.  Together, we do projects that benefit our community and share the love of Jesus with all.

Our Sunday morning worship service is inspirational and uses traditional hymns of the faith.  The preaching is Bible based. We take time for prayer requests from the congregation and there is a monthly communion service.

There is a lot more to tell you about ourselves, but we invite you to look around this website, sample a sermon, and read the most recent copy of “The Monitor”. Then we hope you will be lead to visit us for our morning service and give us a chance to shake your hand and welcome you in the name of Christ.
